My assumption is that most of the one or two-star people are either a competitor our they are in a grumpy phase of life. We all know people that like to poo poo ideas that they know nothing of. The result is that dishonest reviews hurt other people (other people looking for real information about a product or service). In the beginning 2-3 months, I too actually considered the possibility “what if none of this is actually real.
